30-Day Exchange Privilege

We want each necklace to feel completely natural when worn. If you wish to exchange your piece for another design in the collection or request a refund, contact our concierge within 30 days of delivery. Complimentary courier collection is arranged for unworn pieces in their original packaging.

Apply cosmetics and fragrances prior to putting on your jewellery. Gently wipe pieces after wear using the provided micro-suede cloth, and store each piece in its individual linen pouch to prevent abrasion.
